3) Has an insight mainly into Open Source, Programming and Technical stuff like news or something else；
4) Trying to deliver some valuable things besides “articles”，first it would be CodeInsight（hosted at sf.net）.
5) Is an open environment for everybody who is interested in those to discuss together.
